Anthony Delcau is a commercial real estate entrepreneur who combines vision and passion to create innovative real estate developments. With over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate development and finance, he is adept at creating solutions to challenging real estate assets. He transforms these antiquated assets by re-purposing and re-formatting, structuring "custom-tailored" financing, negotiating zoning approvals with governmental bodies, and implementing synergistic leasing strategies.

Anthony founded in 2014 RREV Holdings, a company created to address solutions to the niche inefficiencies in commercial real estate through ground & master leasing. Anthony served as a principal partner and Director of Acquisitions for Tucker Investment Group, Inc. from 2001 - 2019.

Prior to joining TIG, Anthony worked at the boutique real estate investment-banking firm, Schwartz Simson Realty. Here he assisted the team in acquisition loan financings for large commercial developments, such as the AT&T Center in downtown Los Angeles and One Colorado in Old Town Pasadena. It was here that he developed his property analysis skills, serving as the analyst on all potential deals involving shopping centers, hotels, and mixed-use developments.

Anthony founded United Developers Inc. in 2003 focusing on transforming distressed retail properties. United Developers has expanded to the heavy trends of distressed malls, golf courses, and underutilized and or vacant infill properties.

Anthony Delcau holds a BA from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Duke University. Anthony is also an avid sports enthusiast, a world traveler, and is a music lover. He currently lives in Malibu, CA.
